Once a food order is confirmed through our website, it cannot be cancelled. In case of banquet hall or conference hall bookings, cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of booking and may vary depending on the event type and advance amount paid.
Refund Policy
Refunds are provided only in the following cases:
• Duplicate payment or payment failure issues.
• If Hotel Nala International is unable to process or deliver your order.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 5–7 working days and credited back to the original mode of payment.
